    When will the 2024 tournament schedule be released?

    What is the cost of membership to the COPGA Jr Golf Tour?

        Membership prices vary depending on the level of competition. 

         -Junior Development Series - $100

         -Player Series - $150

         -Cup Series - $200


    Will registration be on a first-come-first-serve basis?

        Yes, each event is first-come-first-serve.

        Please note, that each event will open for registration 4 weeks prior to the event on Monday at 9:00 AM.


    What is a Cup Qualifier?

        Cup Qualifiers are an opportunity for junior golfers to earn a start in select Cup Series tournaments. They are held during Junior Player Series tournaments, but participating in the Cup Qualifier is optional. 


        The top 6 Boys and the top 3 Girls that meet the target score will earn a spot to play in the designated Cup Series event. 

        Target score:

        Boys - 85 or lower

        Girls - 90 or lower

        Player Club ID’s for your account was emailed to you when your 2023 membership was approved. If you cannot find your Player Club ID, please email the COPGA Junior Golf Staff at copgajrgolf@pgahq.com.


        If you do not remember your password, you may request a password reset. Please note: once your password is reset, it may take up to 10 minutes for the change in the password to take effect.

    How does my junior golfer go about joining a Cup Series membership?

        The Cup series membership is by invitation only. Players at the beginning of the season will receive an email to notify them that they are eligible for Cup Series Membership. If you did not receive that email then your junior will still be able to try and earn their cup series membership by playing in one of our qualifier tournaments. 

    When does each event registration open?

        Each event will open for registration 4 weeks prior to the event on Monday at 9:00 AM.

    Does a COPGA membership cover my tournament entry fees?

        No, the membership gives you access to register for our tournaments. Each event has a separate entry fee.

    How much does a tournament cost?

        Entry fees are different based on the series a junior plays in.

        -Junior Development Series - $45 per event

        -Junior Player Series - $90 per event

        -Junior Cup Series - $215 per event

        -Junior Cup Series Majors - $245 per event

    Can Cup Series members play in Player Series events?

        Yes. Age dependent, Cup Series members are eligible to play in all events listed on the schedule. Player Series members are only eligible to play in those listed as "Player Series" tournaments on the schedule.

    Once I register for a COPGA membership, how do I register for a tournament?

        After your membership has been approved, you will be sent an email with your BlueGolf ID and Password. This ID and Password will allow you to access your BlueGolf account and register for tournaments.

    Do you need a COPGA Jr Golf membership to participate in tournaments?

        Yes, junior golf participants must have a COPGA membership in order to register for tournaments listed on our website.

    What happens if a tournament is full? Waiting List Policy

        Once a tournament is full, all players that then register will be placed on the waiting list. Players on the waiting list will be placed into the event on a first-come, first-served basis according to space availability in their age division. Players will be placed into a tournament from the waiting list up to three (3) days prior to the event. After which, no players from the waiting list will be processed into the event.


        NOTE: Players will be notified via email that he/she has been placed into the tournament. A player may cancel himself/herself from the waiting list at any time via his/her online account.


    Are spectator carts allowed at tournaments?

        Yes, the Colorado PGA Junior Golf allows spectator carts; however, they will be allowed at the discretion of the host facility. It is the spectator's responsibility to obtain course policy. Please note that spectator cart rental fees are at the discretion of the host facility.



    Can non-members play in COPGA junior golf tournaments?

        No, to be able to access COPGA junior golf tournaments you will need one of our three memberships.

    Will COPGA Junior Golf events earn AJGA status?

        Cup Series tournaments that meet AJGA requirements will earn AJGA performance stars.


    What is the tournament cancellation and refund policy?

        All cancellations must be submitted online via your BlueGolf account.


        NOTE: Responding to automated emails will not validate your cancellation.


        Cancellations can be made online by accessing your BlueGolf account. All cancellations submitted before the cancellation deadline are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations submitted after the cancellation deadline. Please check the tournament information page to determine the timeline for cancelation and fees. 

    Can my junior golfer have a caddie?

        COPGA members competing in the Junior Development Series events only.  


        Due to the nature of a caddie’s responsibilities, we believe it is crucial that caddies understand the Rules of Golf and the COPGA Junior Golf Rules & Regulations. 

    Is there a COPGA Jr. Golf App?
    What about Youth on Course?

        Your Colorado PGA Junior Golf Membership will not include a membership to Youth on Course. If you would like to participate in Youth on Course activities, you will need to visit the Colorado Golfers Association website.
